1. Paper trading only
TradhaLab is a practice platform. All trades use virtual money, and no order placed on TradhaLab is ever sent to any exchange, broker or counterparty. Your paper capital, profits and losses have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for anything.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on TradhaLab is investment advice, a research report, a trading recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. This includes risk checks, position-sizing suggestions, indicators, candlestick patterns, replay sessions, battle standings, and anything said in battle chat or voice by other traders.
TradhaLab is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst, stock broker or portfolio manager, and does not hold any licence to provide financial services. If you want advice about real money, consult a SEBI-registered professional.
3. The Pro subscription
Pro is a paid plan of the same practice tool. It gives you more of what Free has: more charts and indicators, a longer history, exports, voice in battles and larger or private battles. It does not give you advice, signals, tips, access to anyone's trades as recommendations, or any edge in a real market.
Paying for Pro does not improve your trading results, in the simulator or anywhere else, and no feature of Pro should be read as a promise about how real trades would go. The price of Pro is for the use of the software for the period you paid for, nothing more. How billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds work is set out in the Terms of Service.
4. Market data
Quotes, candles and ticks are sourced from third-party providers and shown for practice. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and may be unavailable at times. Do not use market data on TradhaLab to make or time real trades.
5. Simulated results are not real results
A simulator fills your order at the price it sees. A real market may not. Real trading involves liquidity, partial fills, slippage, outages, margin calls, taxes, and the pressure of money that is actually yours. None of these can be fully reproduced here.
The charges TradhaLab deducts (brokerage, STT, stamp duty, GST, exchange and SEBI fees, DP charges) are estimates based on brokers' published rates and may differ from what a broker would charge you.
Good results in paper trading do not mean you will make money in real trading. Trading in securities carries a risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital.
6. Battles and leaderboards
Trading Battles are games played with virtual money under agreed rules. Standings, badges and streaks measure performance within the game and say nothing about a trader's ability with real money. Discipline Points reward practice habits, such as reviewing trades and setting stop losses; they are not a measure of skill or a prediction of results. Other participants are not advisers, and their trades, messages and opinions are their own, on Free and on Pro alike.
7. Your responsibility
What you do with real money, on any other platform, is entirely your decision and your responsibility. TradhaLab and the people who build it accept no liability for trading or investment decisions you make after using the service, whether you used it on Free or on Pro. See our Terms of Service for the full terms.
